History of the company

The founding company of the Russian enterprises LLC "Arya Super Auto Forge" and LLC "Arya Forge" is the company "Super Auto Forge", ltd (Chennai, India), which has more than 25 years of experience in the production of stamped parts and metal processing.

2006

Arya Super Auto Forge started its production activities in 2006 in Kolomna, Moscow Region. The founders of Arya Super Auto Forge LLC are citizens of India: Mr. Prakash Amit and Mr. Prakash Akhil. Using the comprehensive practical experience of Russian and foreign specialists in the field of metal forming, Arya Super Auto Forge LLC increased its production through the introduction of modern and advanced technological solutions that provide the modern requirement for the quality of metal products in terms of its reliability, accuracy with improved intramolecular structure, strength and efficient use of metal. In 2008, the creation of a powerful production base in the city of Livny, Orel Region, with a total area of 12,000 sq.m., began. From the beginning to the present, business leaders strive to constantly expand production and its technological capabilities.

During the work of the companies, more than 13 types of products were mastered, each of which was mastered in a variety of modifications. To date, we produce 10 million items annually. The main element of our production range is the Perforating System Charge Case. We produce about 80 varieties of this product. Our products account for 90% of the products in this market sector in Russia. A technology for the manufacture of a shaped charge body has been developed and is being successfully applied at the present time, an important advantage of which is a sharp reduction in labor intensity and, accordingly, the cost of manufacture.
